School is Out and the Amazing Concert (some parts a bit like a jar of dirt)

I'm done for the summer...with school that is. And boy did I need the break. I would go into all the details about it but I don't want to offend anyone. Oh what the hell. If they really cared they would not have done the things they did in the first place. Then again some people blame all of this on me. I will admit I am not perfect I do things wrong all the time but this time it wasn't me, for once in my life. My last roommate I had in college was the roommate from hell...aka the bitch from hell. She was the most spoiled person I have ever meant and I'm spoiled. Her things were expensive and her habits were well nutty. And she was very two faced. She invited me in nicely and gave me a good first impression. She was nice to me and even one weekend the girls on the hall invited me out with them. That whole weekend I felt a part of that group. I had never felt in so it was kind of nice. That monday I came in and found a note on my bed. I had never felt more offended in my life. I will not divulge the details but I am still offended. A few days later she got up in my face about the contents of the letter because I did not meet the demands she placed in it. She was my roommate she did not have the right to DEMAND I do anything. Then not long after that she loaned out my cd player alarm clock (which still had one of my Within Temptation cds in it which by the way have to be imported) to someone I do not even know without my permission. I was so peeved. I got it back and my cd as well but it doesn't changed that I wasn't asked could this person borrow it. She became increasingly rude so my side of the room became increasingly slobbish. I pretty much decided that she was the roommate from hell. I still quote that she was one of the rudest people I have ever met. I think she does need to learn some humility and what it's like to live from the other end of life and faking it will get her nowhere. Ok ranting over. I'm just glad I'm out of there.

And on this past wednesday, May 9, I went to the most awesome concert in Columbia and it was amazing. I saw Stolen Babies, In This Moment, Within Temptation, and Lacuna Coil. Stolen Babies was awful. In This Moment impressed me but screamer bands are not my style. Within Temptation and Lacuna Coil are the bands I went to see. Within Temptation was amazing. Well they're always amazing but they were esepcially amazing up close and personal. Lacuna Coil was also amazing live. I loved seeing them both and had such an amazing time. I can't wait to do that again.
